Market depth plugin for MT4

I would like to order a market depth script for MT4. It should show 10 levels of bid and ask prices. You can find example in the attachment. 

The content (incoming market depth prices) are formatted in JSON format and it uses websockets to communicate. Fields and values are texts or numbers. Strings are enclosed in double quotes.
