Opero das 16h as 17h todos os dias, comprando ações.

Gostaria de uma amostragem temporal de 1h para selecionar estatisticamente os ativos que mais sobem nessa última hora em um determinado período de tempo.

Exemplo: Petr4 em um período de 22 pregões (das 16h as 17h) seu preço sobe em 75% das vezes. 

Não é necessário executar ordem.
