2 range brk with trailing stopstep and distance with 2x profit targets for each range

EXPERIENCED CODER THAT KNOWS HOW TO IMPLEMENT THE 4 TIME CHANGES ON MT4 INDEXES AND HAS GOOD CUSTOMER SUPPORT IE CAN MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS WORKING WELL WHEN COMPLETE IF THAT MEANS SCREEN SHARE TO GET IT RIGHT THANK YOU .

EA for range breakout – time filter ,stop ,trailing stop ,take profits and daylight savings for indexes (ftse ,asx,dax,

I need an EA that buy/sells the breakout of a range by x no of pips with % of my account.at certain time( usually 5min range .)

Filters for trade will be if above/Below MA x (long for above short for below MA x)

A SECOND moving average filter if above/below MA x with true false setting so I can apply or not apply filter .

(Only one trade active at any time so just initial breakout of the range .)

Stop loss features

Stop initially set at xpips below range

Stop options to trail at distance from price ,and with step from price ie if price moves 10pips stop moves 5pips and then moves 5pips after price moves another 10pips and so on .

Targets

Targets options at x times the range + be able to take % off(partial profits) at 2intervals ie 20% of the range and 50%of the range for example.

Also need a pip profit target ie if price moves 20 pips I close position .

Most important feature is to be able to run a few year test where the time for the range set moves forward and back at the times when mt4 platform chages its times for daylight savings .(this happens 4 times throughout the year for index trading in MARCH FORWARD1hr APRIL F1HR,OCT BACK 1HR,AND NOV BACK 1HR

So inputs should be

1.       First input = time filter for range .period begin and end

2.       Time to close so range doesn’t continue for the days ./(only one trade active for the range break.and within max and min range size set.

3.       Range size box max and box min .= max size of range between time set ie max and min bar length .

4.       Stop loss

5.       TP_X_TIMES RANGE

6.       PARTIAL PROFITS AT % OF RANGE 1

7.       PARTIAL PROFITS AT % OF RANGE 2

8.       % to close at percentage of range 1

9.       % to close at percentage of range 2

10.   Take profit in pips (true false function so can activate and deactivate or set pips to 0 so uses no.5 profits instead )

11.   Moving average 1 filter( buy if above MA _x)

12.   Moving average 2 filters both with true false function

10,11,12 need to be able to filters both with true false function

Also code needs to work on vps and not enter trades once I turn off my computer and then turn it on again ive had problems where ea enters a trade the second I connect the computer thanks .
