Price Action Trading robot is needed

hello.  a trading robot is needed that will follow my very simple Price action strategy.

The robot can be set to these parameters:

·        I need to be able turn the robot on\off and to set parameters on each pair separately.

·        Ability to set the time frame.

·        Set how many pips for SL.

·        Set trading direction (Long or Short).

The strategy:

My strategy is based on Price Action (no indicators).

For LONG:  The robot should place a trigger on the low of the last closed candle (not the current running candle – the one before it. 

**The trigger should be placed 1 pip higher than the low.

I case a new candle has been created the trigger should move to the next candle. 

This action should continue until the trigger is activated.

For SHORT:  the robot should place a trigger on the high of the last closed candle.

In case a new candle has been created the trigger should move to the next candle.

This action should continue until the trigger is activated.

**The trigger should be placed 1 pip lower than the high.

When a trigger activated a TP should be set to 25 Pips and the SL should be set according to the parameters that was set in advance.

After hitting TP the robot should turn itself off for this pair.

LEVELS:

The robot should recognize “trading levels”.

The levels are: 00, 20, 50, 80.

From level 00 to 20 there are 20 pips.  From 20 to 50 there are 30 pips.  From 50 to 80 there are 30 pips.  From 80 to 00 there are 20 pips.

I hope this is clear.

In case we are stopped out for the first time in a specific pair:

Two new triggers should be set: one on the next lower level and one on the next higher level.

*** If one trigger is hit, the other should be removed.

In case that we are stopped out for the second time:

The robot should turn itself off for this pair.
