CREATE AN AUTOMATED EXPERT ADVISOR WITH SPECIFIC LOGIC CONDITIONS

I need to develop an EA based on some specific conditions which i will set up and mostly uses time and pricing as conditions for taking bids.

I have an excel template which calculates decision based on prices of the product and the time of the pricing. The EA should be able to take decisions/ bids automatically on trading account once the conditions are met as per my requirement.

I have 4 pricing positions which i will determine according to my personal logic design for every product (18 in number) on my radar for every product at every month.

The condition will be as follows using the below example with NASDAQ as sample

Assume i identified the 4 prices at beginning of month as 7450, 7700, 7900 and 8150

If start price is 7850, the EA will only activate when it reaches the first position of the figures given only.

And will BUY for prices above and SELL for prices below.

So if first price moves from start price of 7850 to 8000, then the EA will activate a BUY position at 7900 and will take profit at pip size which will be above 7900 but below 8150.

If price movement returns back to 7750 before the first bid closes, then the initial bid will close at a minimum gap (assume minimum gap of 10) ie 7910. Then it will activate a new Position of SELL at the 7900 price which is expected to fall and can close at any price below 7900 but above 7700 (as it is the next position on the positions recorded at Month beginning)

So a bid will activate once any of the identified price positions is met and it will close and revert as the market moves during the course of the Month and position of the current price to the identified stated price at Beginning of Month. So a Buy will be activated for prices higher and a SELL for positions below the current price.

The EA will activate without any human intervention as prices moves in the course of the month and will also calculate automatically the High and Low prices for each Month or can allow a dummy file to be updated manually for the High and low prices for each Month.

I only need serious developers and those immediately available with a good reputation and experience to apply. I will need the source code for this and May also require a period of 30 days to test the program to be sure it is conformed to my specification.
