MT5 break out scalper for binary mt5 indices vol75

Need to convert an ea idea that exists in mt4 which scalps the breakouts on a chart by following the price with a buystop and sellstop and if price moves up more than a certain number of pips in a certain period of time it must execute buy and then cancel opposite side order and trail the stop by certain gap(step) aggressively and close. Almost like a hft scalper. I have the parameters but invite ideas to improve this EA, above is just a brief description. And adapt EA to mt5 and must adapt to work all 9 indices in binary mt5 namely

Vol 100,75,50,25,10,  Step, HF Vol 100,50,10

Ea must be back testable and optimizable to find the best parameter settings

Ideally you must have worked on EA for binary mt5 and have some ideas in hft scalp and know bss. Need a quality job. Thanks
