Real Wilder SAR and 2 vertical lines

I want to create a mix of indicators in one for metatrade 4. And I want source code of the indicator.

-Real Wilder SAR Bicolor (Not Parabolic SAR Calculation, so I give you ProRealTime source code and you need to convert it to MT4 --> check SAR-ProRealTime.txt)

I can choose bear and bull colors and width. (screenshot « 06.png »)

-And 2 vertical lines

I must can choose color of each line, these lines need to be in the background.

One line  need to be at the 8th candle from now, and the other at 21 candle from now, its like an overlay but in the background. ( screenshot « 10.png »)
