RiskGuard Lite - Percent-Risk EMA/ATR EA - sistema esperto per MetaTrader 5

RiskGuard Lite is a small, readable Expert Advisor that shows how to build a trade with controlled risk in MQL5. The entry idea is deliberately simple (an EMA crossover) so the code can focus on the parts that usually go wrong: stop placement, position sizing and order checks.

How it works: on each new bar it checks the last two closed bars for a crossover of the fast and slow EMA. The stop loss is placed at a multiple of ATR, never closer than the broker stop level, and the take profit is a fixed reward:risk multiple of that distance. The lot size is calculated with OrderCalcProfit so that hitting the stop loses the chosen percent of equity, then rounded to the broker volume step and limits. Before sending, the EA checks the spread and that it has no open position on the symbol with its magic number, and it prints the server return code if an order is rejected.

Inputs: Fast EMA period (20), Slow EMA period (50), ATR period (14), Stop loss distance in ATR (2.0), Take profit as a multiple of the stop distance (1.5), Risk per trade in percent of equity (0.5), Max spread to enter in points (25), Max slippage in points (10), Magic number.

Suggested use: any liquid symbol on H1, for example EURUSD. Works on netting and hedging accounts. This is an educational template, not a finished strategy: realized loss can differ from the set risk because of commission, slippage and gaps, and there is no claim of profitability. Test it on a demo account first.
