The sharp rise in the BTCUSD price on Saturday, May 23, was triggered by US President Donald Trump's announcement of a peace agreement with Iran and other Middle Eastern countries. Against this backdrop, the Bitcoin price immediately rebounded from its local low of $74,200 and rose above $77,000. But if we check the D1 chart, we will see the downtrend channel is still there. Actually both D1 and H4 are showing SELL. So in mid-term perspective, we should still consider selling. Fundamentals influence the market, of course, but we need to see a bigger picture of the market.

As I see based on current market conditions, the selling pressure will prevail in the mid-term perspective. And thus we can work with new targets now. In the next post I will provide a target based on the Gann Made Easy indicator.
