FXTM have resolved the abnormal volatility issue and accounts affected were reimbursed though demo and cent accounts are yet to be reimbursed. Impressive though, but, how could that have happened in the first place?

Issues with forextime on usd pair 17/2/2015. EurUsd, NzdUsd, XauUsd, and probably a few more pairs have had a very high and unusual volatility almost similar to that of the Chf incident. I notice this volatility only occur in FXTM platform and I have contacted their customer care line for explanation. I've been told they are investigating the issue. Fingers crossed, waiting for their feedback.

High Volatility expected on all EUR pairs today 22/Jan/2015 at 02:30GMT. It is recommended to close all open position on EUR before then to be in safety than risk it all and lose it all. I'll be in passive mode, all Expert Advisors deactivated. I'll be watching the market very closely.
