is forex realy profitable or not

I am a loser in forex. I trade forex from 2015, In this time i am continuously trying many strategy to win, My all strategy give me profit in some days, and loss huge from profit. i am unable to earn continuously from forex, i have loss huge from what i have earn. Is forex realy like this,is forex dont give profit continuously to anyone, is forex dont give earn by any strategy

There are few rules to succeed in Forex. I am too trading forex since 2016 and till 2020 I am in same scenerio as yours, but later I understand few things.

1. Always use SL.

2. Learn to handle negative trades that can washout your earned profit.

3. Focus on minimising negative trades.

4. focus on risk reward ratio.

5. Control emotion to make all profit or recover losses from currently running trade.

6. Pick a time to trade according to pair behaviour when it volatile and consolidated that help you to earn.

7. Learn not to enter the market or avoid trading when market behaviour is opposite to your views.

8. Its 90% psychology that need to be work upon and only 10% skill to work like smart money. 

These things help me to make profits post 2020, I hope this will help you too.

Instead of bad Forex, Stock market is greater: Microsoft, apple, ebay.. Etc

Any market is good as long as you are good to understand its movements and logics. 

There are a lot of factors and a lot of different strategies to work with... Surely on CFD percentage of loosers traders is around 70% or more, you can easily see it on disclaimers on all brokers.

But it do not means that you cannot be part of the other 30%.  Nothing is easy, otherwise we will be all millionaires.

Hi Abdul,

I suggest to backtest your method at least for last 5 years/more longer is better (like I did). If your method is loss you can consider to find another method, but if your method is profitable then congrats for you.. thanks

Markets are continuously changing and therefore it is only logical to assume that no one strategy will give you consistent profits. Your trading system has to adapt to changing market conditions and failure to do that is most likely why you are losing money. You need to be constantly alert to what is happening in the markets and as soon as the general pattern deviates from your current strategy, you need to adapt or suffer the losses. Other than that, I agree with Manpreet Singh's rules. Keep to them and you're already in a much better position than 90% of the rest of the traders. Treat your trading like a business and not like a casino.
