After years of study, coding, research and development I think my arbitrageur trading algorithm for futures contracts is ready to go live?

How do I get financing?

I also coded a C # version for the Ninjatrader and Multi Chart .Net platform (in progress).

I am in Senegal, West Africa.

I am also open to chat with Quants and Algorithmic Traders.

I already have an account on QuantConnect but there it only funds equity traders.

You can try a Prop Firm. Maybe your Algo will withstand the onboarding process. But watch out by whom you select, not all prop firms are honest.

Some big players out there might be a choice for you.
