The bought EA cannot be refreshed in the platform market.

The bought EA is displayed in MQL5, and it cannot be refreshed after login in the platform market. What is the general reason for this, is it the server delay or other reasons? Does anyone know.

You mean: you do not see your purchase in the market tab in Metatrader and can not install this purchase because of that?
Did you see your purchase in your profile here https://www.mql5.com/en/users/zhangzhongpeng/market ?
If yes so check the following:

• fill community tab with your forum login and forum password;
• your forum login is zhangzhongpeng (do not use your email for login; and do not use password which you may receive from facebook or google for example; change your password in case you password is facebook or google related one).

And you can refresh the Market tab of your Metatrader (for new/old purchases to be listed in the Market tab) in the following way:

The purchased tab is only showing the last two purchases

Even if a Market product is removed from the showcase, those who already purchased it, can install it anytime from their MetaTrader terminal (Market \ Purchased section).

In case you don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:

1. Close all your MetaTrader terminals
2. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community
3. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*
4. Open MetaTrader terminal
5. Try to install product again
