Just wondering how ta ask a refund. I wrongly purchased an indicator but i was meant to get another one with a similar name

The author told me to open a ticket here to get the refund

There are no any options for refund in the Market.
You can only cancel purchase in case you did not activate it (did not install) -

I've just been informed that a  cancellation is only available for: non-rent purchases made within 7 days and having 0 activations.
