As ND explained already too : he was not banned. He is simply not a part of TSD stuff any more due to decision of the company management and owners that TSD is a part of. As you could notice, he is still a member here but with his original user name

Maybe try (if you haven't already done so) cleaning your cache, and see if that helps.

As it was the case before, all the members of those sections can download all the code from those sections. For now, the addition is that even the ones that are not members can download something they chose for a fee (that way any individual code be downloaded without becoming subscriber - useful if somebody want just a couple of indicators or EAs or scripts)
