How can I contact someone fro mql5? they don`t have any support?
I just now saw that for two days did not copy and I Lost some money and now if will start to copy again will close some position with minus, the computer is allways open, the internet is ok, the mt4 is opened. What problem can be?

Internet may be ok in general, but if you do not use MQL5 VPS so it may be the problem.
Because it is recommended to use MQL5 VPS.
Besides, you can look at Metatrader journal to read about why the positions/orders were not copied (it should be written about it).
Most often reason is mapping.

Why don't MQL5 send messages to people's email, not just having messages posted. If someone is not looking at MQL5 regularly they are not going to see messages for them. I've messaged five people in the last two weeks and not received one reply.

Did you contacted people that rarely visit the website or answered in some old topic?
If someone doesn't bother answering, will not do so even if was contacted through email.
