Added topic VPS Subscription - Stop or Cancel?
My VPS subscription automatically renewed and is running since Sep 8th. I am currently not subscribed to any signal and do not have EA. What is the option to stop the running of the VPS and get back what was charged on my account? Thanks

Hi. Can I still get a refund for the amount (or a portion of it) I spent for a signal which I used for only a week? I am now unsubscribed

Added topic Number of Closed Trades of the Provider and of the Subscriber Not Equal
The signal provider has 2 closed NZDCAD trades and I have 11 with different price entries! The seem-to-be invalid trades were opened and closed the same day. How did this happen? Is this an issue of broker incompatibility
