Does MT4 get Volume data for stocks?

MT4 doesn't allow to trade stocks.

Yes it does. I trade CFD stocks all the time.

You are trading CFD on stocks that's really not the same as stocks.

MT4 provides only ticks volume.

yes you are right, i apologise for not being specific!!

Hmm, why is that?
MT4 is a massive platform they must make so much money from brokers! why dont they pay for volume data from the exchanges?
Tradingview.com and freestockcharts.com offer the volume data for FREE!
MT need to sort it out, they havent updated with new/basic things like this since it was launched.
Poor innovation, theyre gonna come short soon when other companies start joining with the aforementioned web applications.

Its annoying as I cant make an EA to trade with MT4 as i use volume indicators so currently I have to mannually check the charts on these other websites - A NIGHTMARE for a M1 scalper like myself lol.

You better ask to your broker.

Innovation is done with MT5, if you can find a broker providing volume data for CFD.

What on MT5 they have real stock volume? not tick volume?

That depends on broker. Technically both volumes are supported - MqlRates.

That about Turkish stock ?

I agree with you, adding real volume will help more...

You may consider an upgrade to MT5. Regards.
