Questions about using MQL5 balances

I bought an EA from MQL5 before and returned it without activation. So I have some money in my MQL5 balance.(USD395)

In the meantime, I don't know how to get the money from my balance.

Can someone please tell me how i can get the money from my balance.

When I try to withdraw, MQL says: " If your MQL5 money is substantial though, you may want to contact the Service Desk:"

When I chat with the robot, he doesn't tell me how to withdraw.

I paid with my card and returned it, so MQL'll have to process the refund with my card, but MQL doesn't do this.

why? If you pay by card and cancel, most companies around the world give you back the same way you paid, but MQL doesn't give me money. I think this is the dictatorship of MQL.

You can't withdraw non-earned funds from your MQL5 account.
