How do I refund

I communicated with the merchant through a refund and bought another product from him. Where can I click Refund

There is no refund option in the Market as you can see in the rules here: https://www.mql5.com/en/market/rules

There is one option for refund in case you did not activate the product (in case you did not install it):

If you did not activate your purchase, you can cancel the purchase -  look on the left side where the purchase button originally was.
This refund is available for non-rent purchases within 7 days limit.
