issue downloading from market

 

hi, I've been having trouble downloading from the market, my mql is logged in, however when I try to download an indicator it says 443 send failed [426: ]) my market folder is also missing from the navigator

 

Make sure -

  • that you have Internet Explorer the latest version installed on your PC (I am having version 11);
  • that you are using the latest build of Metatrader,
  • that you are login to Community folder using your login - not your email; your login is dawiekotze
  • that your password is less than 10 characters (if your password is 10 or more characters - change this password; read this thread for information).
  • that you use native forex password, and not the one received from google/facebook.

How to check your Windows (Windows version should be compatible with Metatrader, especially with Metatrader 5 - means: if you are using MT5 so your Windows should be 64 bit):

If you have a question, first of all you should show the first three lines from the 'Journal' tab


(select these lines, copy to the clipboard and paste into the message using the button Code). It should look like this:

When trying to Utilize Cloud Protector i am getting "Incorrect Login/Password" in the Journal .Login + Pass are correct...
