Still gap in history data

I have noticed that there are gaps in History Data. I can see them in the Data Center and on the chart too (have a look at pictures) often in M30 timeframe. To solve this issue have tried to download/refresh data, starting from M1, and I have also imported data M1 from a file found in internet but not solved still now. My broker says they know "there is missing data" and that I should buy data somewhere. Can anyone help me solving without spending money?

I had already got from there but I was not able to solve anyway; data went bad after some refresh or download from data center. Reading somewhere I found (it seems!!!) the solution: to run MT4 as Administrator (I have Windows 7) and then importing/downloading data.

It seems OK now ...
