MT4 indicator to Binary Option automadic forwarder [auto trade, expert advisor]

I need MT4 indicator to Binary Option automadic forwarder

Requrements

1.the code from arrow indicator is like this

   SetIndexBuffer(0, Id_0000);
   SetIndexStyle(0, DRAW_ARROW);
   SetIndexArrow(0, 221);
   SetIndexBuffer(1, Id_0034);
   SetIndexStyle(1, DRAW_ARROW);
   SetIndexArrow(1, 222);

so the forwarder can identify buffer of arrow and alert of arrow(or another recommendation is welcome)

2.Working on these binary option company.

I think this system should be expert advisor.
