Withdrawing some of the balance results in the resizing and partially closing of trades

Today when I withdrew some balance to another account I notices all the open trades were partially closed (via signal provider ). These were trades with a 0.21 lotsize and then they were closed with a 0.08 lotsize and what remained was 0.13 lots of that trade. Is this normal behaviour for a hedging

Signals missing history

Many signals appear as 'new signal' but with a history of sometimes more than 6 months. However their drawdown history only shows from the new starting date which is often no more than a few weeks. Why is the trading history present but the drawdown history not? And maybe the same applies to the

Howto label an mt4 account number

I am using Metatrader 4 desktop with 7 accounts. Is there any way to label them with a word other than their account number ? I've been searching for plugins but can't seem to find anything that does this

Not copying signal SL and TP

Why do some signal provider ask to not check the option 'copy stop loss and take profit '? What is the worst that can happen? Will the stop levels not synchronise if the signal provider decides to change them during a trade? Will trades be closed anyway when they are closed in the provider account

Account equity is below allowed value when copying signal

I am copying a signal. The equity is €996 and I have tried to migrate the signal with equity stop levels at €250, €50 and now €1. The VPS journal keeps saying the signal is stopped because the equity is below the allowed value. Even without any trades open. What am I doing wrong

Slippage from A to B better than from A to A, how?

I would like to copy a signal. My account is with ICMarkets. When I compare 2 signals, the one that is NOT icMarkets has a better slippage than the one located at icMarkets. 4018 x 0.26 slippage from RoboForex-MetaTrader 5 to ICMarkets. 627 x 0.68 from ICMarkets-MT5 to ICMarkets. How is this
