Backtesting with Virtual Trades?

I have an EA that uses virtual trades as part of it's method, before following those by opening real trades, and have been told by the developer that this makes it impossible to run backtests . So, this got me wondering, firstly if this is actually always the case or if it is just a matter of coding

PayPal for Deposits not available

I went to make a deposit to my MQL5 account and the PayPal option is not there. Has this been intentionally removed ? Will it be put back, or gone forever? Was there any notification from the site operators this was going to happen

Sending Email Login Failed

I've been trying to send test emails from my MT4 but I keep getting login failed messages. The settings are certainly correct and an exact match for what I use in my email client. The only thing I can think of is that maybe the email server requires some specific configuration so that MT4 can log in

Feature Request - Selectable Column Headers in Import Ticks

Can you please make the column headers in the Import Ticks dialogue selectable to match the data. Something like this: Having to manually edit large amounts of tick data just to match your format is very time consuming and tedious... It also needs to support header names in the .csv that don't match
