Exchange arbitrage, is it worth digging into? - page 5

I agree to team up. I join trader. i do not see any problem. write to me in person if you are interested.

I remember alfa forex during the day several times rebooting the server to delete arbitrage programs from RAM which after installation in RAM traders deleted from the computer so the broker did not copy the codes. apparently they tried to copy them but failed. they tried to make a mess but failed. then they decided to clean the RAM during the day to delete everything and everyone. apparently they kicked many arbitrageurs out and quite a few accounts were lost.

In your case, the resulting association of 0+0 will be zero :), especially well felt by the comment with the RAM

Dr.Trader:

What makes you think arbitrage trading is unfair?

Because he's out of the loop.

Up to 3 seconds of interbank (to another counterparty) withdrawal, similarly a delay of up to 3 seconds is possible when closing.

TOM (settlement for tomorrow) and TOD (settlement for today). In the real interbank market, accounts are settled between counterparties.

This is not a game on servers (like a casino) where money is drawn on the account, some are losing, others are winning, and while the casino is in the black, the casino pays those who are winning.

In my time, I went to all the banks that actually withdraw transactions to the interbank market (not acting as a liquidity provider for my client).

The answer was: up to 3 seconds to withdraw transactions to the interbank (to another counterparty); when closing, there may be a delay of up to 3 seconds.

How are you going to do arbitrage in the real interbank? If the output counterparty to 3 seconds + up to 3 seconds when closing (or slippage of the price, that is, at another price to close) = up to 6 seconds?

What about the TOM (settlement for tomorrow) and TOD (settlement for today) schemes. in a real interbank market, accounts are settled between counterparties.

This is not a game on the servers (like in a casino), where money is drawn on the account, one sucker sinks the money, and the other sucker wins the money, and while the casino is in the black, the casino pays those suckers who win,

The casino also willingly pays arbitrageurs if the casino is in the black, so it sees no point in ruining its reputation....

it's never too late to start stopping... otherwise the braking distance will be too long ))))

You can't make money in the real interbank market, except in kitchens that play on servers and don't take clients' money anywhere

"There was a good article, a man kept a few lakhs in a safe deposit box, I think in a '....' bank. For internal reasons the bank mistakenly thought he hadn't paid for it and opened it without warning. Only 2m out of 6 was returned and they said that was the case. Seems he's still suing."

Trader:

You are a walking joke with a nursery-level argumentation.

What does this case have to do with arbitration? What does a broker have to do with a safe deposit box in a bank? Do you know what a broker is?

Yes, the normal broker will pray for you if you'll arbitrage through it, and don't tell tales about all sorts of kitchens and so on.

We tried to get the best broker to send us requests for arbitrage, but this is not correct, because delays in quotes is only a fault of brokerage companies and nobody else, and instead of fixing real problems they transfer their problems to traders, moreover, using this clause as a cover they cut trade to many pips traders.

They do not have enough brains and capabilities to arbitrage there in the long run.

You should not whine about how bad everyone is, *** to *** is sticky.

You have only unfair arbitrage - arbitrage on technical errors, but as I said, you can be punished for that - for example, profit on profitable trades can be cancelled, loss trades can be kept. whatever. brokers and banks have people with a rich imagination. you understand that.

What does this mean? We should not take money away from others, we should not appropriate others' money through dishonest trading. But we should help our neighbours to keep and increase their money.

I wish everybody a good trade and good partners! I recommend you not to get involved with ideas of bending the market to your liking.
