I made a withdrawal via cardpay.
It does not appear in my bank statement.
Where that money has gone ?

My mql balance was 31.20 $
Cardpay charges 1.5% + 1 EUR . So totally 32.77 $
is that transaction charges payed by mql ? It appears so in mql statement.
But in previous paypal withdrawals, mql deducted the commision amount and shown the actual withdrawable balance.
Actual withdrawable balance should have been less than 31.20 $ ( As transaction charges should have been deducted from the actual balance available)
Is it a glitch or service from mql5.com ?
If that transaction is not processed, plz cancel it.
