VPS subscription is renewed but is inactive
Hi,
My VPS rental expired today but I have renewed for a further 3 months 2 days ago already. I have lost transactions from my subscribed signal now. What should I do to get the VPS activated?
If you renewed after your initial subscription was expired, you need to setup your signal subscription again:

I have renewed 2 days before the initial subscription expired, but the VPS is inactive and I'm losing trades from my signal. How do I get it activated?
If your subscription is inactive (if you connect to your trading accoutand you see your subscription but it is inactive) so you can provide synchronization/migration of your signal subscription to VPS to activate this VPS.

By inactive I mean that the VPS has diappeared from my navigator window under Accounts. Only my signal is visible under my account.

Make sure you are logged into your MQL5 account with your riaanpr1 login and NOT your email and go through the signal setup again.

It is not listed there.
I am logged in with my username riaanpr1 and only my signal on MT4 and my VPS on MT5 is listed. I am missing my MT4 VPS.
The expired VPS was
MQL5 London LD4 15
I have renewed 2 days before the expiry date.
It is not listed there.
If your MQL5 VPS is not listed here, you didn't renew it or you renew it for another MQL5 account.
