why my signal not showing in public and ranking level?

Your signal is still public. It just has a low rank due to poor rating. Also, you have only been live with that signal for 2 weeks, so you can't expect to have a good rating yet.

New, unrated and unranked signals are not publicly available in MQL5 signal database or in MT4/MT5 signal tab or search. Be patient.
