EA not trading on VPS

Eric Ma:

I purchased a VPS from mql5 and have it synced up with my EA as pre instructions and made sure that the auto trade is activated. I also have the same EA activate on a demo account with the same broker but my EA on the demo account issued a buy but nothing is happening on the one on VPS. Anyone know what the issue is? My ping on the vps is .09ms and my ping on the demo is 167ms so it can't be a latency issue.

Yes, your EA seems to be restarting again and again, so you need to contact the author/seller for help/support.

The problem is with your EA and not with MQL5 VPS.

If your EA requires DLL will not work in MQL5 VPS.

Check with the author/seller if your EA is MQL5 VPS compatible.

DLL are not needed. What are your refund policies. It might just be easier for me just stop using your vps than to have fingers pointed in all directions.

If you cancel your MQL5 VPS subscription, the remaining time will be credited to your MQL5 account as free minutes.
