Quick Convert MQL5 to MQL4

The EA is approx 5k lines of code, but at least 80% is MQL4 compliant, the conversion will mainly be 
the order and trade processing and the in built indicators, so you will need skill in converting at 
least the following from MQL5 to MQL4.
