Help. Indicators from Market stop working after Windows update.

Hello,

Anyone can help me? I have many indicators I purchased from Markets. Yesterday my Windows 10 updated automatically. After it updated suddenly no indicator from market is working anymore. I tried to install again indicator from market it cannot be done because it has downloaded, so there is no download button there.
I tried to install another MT4 and add the indicator from old MT4 to new Mt4, also still not working. Anyone can help and give me solution?

delete them from terminal

go to market and log in and download again

this should fix the problem

I can open the custom made indicators I imported myself, but all the indicators I bought from the market just don't open! - - Category: general
 

Hi,

Your Windows must have saved all your settings if you want to do a Restore.

I can only suggest to restore your operating version to the way your computer use to be.


I have no Idea how to make your windows see all your Indicators and Robots.


If you open your MT : File, Data folder, MQL4 or 5, can you still see all your Experts and Indicators. ??

If you can, go to an IT Specialist , you can drag your Experts and indicators and they will still work.

Do not try to copy and paste the.   Then they will not function.

Hi,

It is easy.

You should go to your MT4 File and open data folder. Then MQL4 then you will see the folder with all your old indicators and Experts. 

The Previous version will show the same , just 1 different folder.  

Just highlight them and drag them to the new installation folder. 

Theses folders usually have long numbers and letters in them.

please do not worry, it is very easy to drag and drop all paid Indicators and Experts, without down-loading them again.  Or pay for some again.

Any person with a little knowledge of where these folders are and how to find them will be able to help you.


If you are with IC Markets.  They will do this for you in a few minutes.  They will use Team-viewer to do all this in a few minutes.

You could have as many MT4 platforms on your computer as you like, each with its own account and EA that you want to run on them.

May be you now need to activate your indicators, every paid indicators have minimum 5 activation, try it if you not found your files in your system,
