Lets assume i already know c++ language, how long it take to learn to code anything in mql5?

That's really a "how long is a piece of string" kind of question. Depends on how much programming experience you have, how good a programmer you are and how much fx knowledge you have. Also, whether you want to pump out procedural code or OOP. But if you have c++ knowledge then you're streets ahead. I suggest just jumping in and giving it a crack. It's really not very hard. Oh, but both the documentation and debugging leaves a lot to be desired so be prepared for that! :)
