N/A Network Connectivity + Unable to add in Market Watch Panel

 

Hello, 

Would love to practice day trading, unfortunately, the network is not connecting and I'm unable to add within the market watch panel. I've searched up possible solutions and have definitely:

  1. Re-installed the app on my MacOS 
  2. Login is definitely correct. Out of precaution I constantly remade a new demo account
  3. I've clarified the server with the broker agent 
  4. My internet is connected; I tried with multiple internet servers 

Any idea? What else could I use?

Look for details about connection problems or authentication errors, etc.
