If the broker changed their symbol names to an ones that are incompatible with the signal, then it is a broker issue, not a MetaQuotes issue.
There is no direct solution in this case. You will either have to use a different broker or use another signal.
This is the reason why it is recommended that follow signals using the same broker as the signal.
I followed this signal for several years without any problem.
My broker said it may caused by signal provider changed symbol code.
I saw the signal provider trading history keeps EURUSD-5 as for the symbol code.
Look the signal provider havn't changed symbol code.
So, is it means my broker changed symbol code and caused this issue?
Or, there's something else caused this issue?
Now, the trading is copied from the signal.
All I did was restarted the program.
Does it mean the problem came from the VPS or the broker?
Any one could answer my question?
