Well, no one has canceled the breakthrough of the trend, the flat / flag as well =) I do not know why exactly the head should be there, although on the small TF it is possible to find the head and a double top.

It's common knowledge that falling down a mountain is faster than climbing up. One shoulder is formed, so is the head. The second shoulder is about to form. See the daily chart.
and usually what happens is that the head becomes the left shoulder and a new top appears. The head is defined by the shoulders after the neck has been broken (which I think the train has left).
