The main problem is that it doesn't update or just slips off the schedule, can you fix it please?!

Hmm, it works for me. Look in the settings, maybe the conditions are not met? The indicator does not update when a new bar appears.

Removed the standard deviation fit, not as pretty, but fair

 
Fitting is the whole point, without it it was discussed here 'How to make the indicator react immediately to the script?'
 
it's really not as pretty now..... but I think.... in some points, it's more accurate
