You can't do that, what you can do is cancel your MT4 MQL5 VPS and use the remaining time as free minutes when you register your MT5 MQL5 VPS.

Have you cancelled your MT4 MQL5 VPS?

When you try to register your MT5 MQL5 VPS you will see in your free minutes, the credited time.

All this must be done with the same MQL5 account, your clifl login in your case and NOT your email.

Post a screenshot of your MT5 MQL5 VPS registration screen please, where the subscription options are.

i only see free minutes on mt4 and not on mt5 even if i'm login my account in mt5
