I need help with Demo Account

I've downloaded a demo account.  I've noticed there are only currencies.

Are there stocks or options in demo accounts without being subscribed with data provider? and how?

It depends on the broker which symbols to propose for trading.
You can open demo account with the other broker to check the other symbols for example:

If one demo account is not good so I will create the other one with the other broker (and in this way - we all are selecting the good broker to trade) -
