However, I have extensively searched this forum (inclusive of your link) and the net for this indicator and there are many but none with the configurable attributes and email notifications as requested in my first post.
If this indicator can not be created, could anyone please suggest a trading platform that would already have indicator alerts with email notifications built in?

Hello Everyone and Happy Holidays,
I wanted to know if you could assist.
Could an indicator be created with the following conditions on all timeframes?
When the live current market price (shift 0) crosses SMA by 5 pips it submits a sound alert on screen, with an arrow on the current bar and sends an email notification.
Also as price may fluctuate around this region for a while which may send multiple alerts, may the alert only submit once, become inactive for one hour then reactivate again?
May the following parameters be configurable?
SMA: Configrable
Number of pips over/under SMA before alert is triggered: Configurable
Email address: Configurable
