Agree with you, this is not where to abuse each other, everything had room manager decide. But this guy alway kick my post

If you fell embarrassed by any of his/her comments you can simply report the post to the moderator/Admin

If you want to report any abusive comment, place your mouse pointer on the comment and you will see a complain link at the bottom right corner of the comment

I cannot understand why a service provider can have different usernames, I think this is wrong, if you are a service provider you should only be able to use one username, I can only assume there is some thing to hide in using multiple names, we and all other users need transparency when dealing with a "provider", in my opinion, mql should put a stop to this, is does not promote honesty, if you do not provide a service then this would not be a concern, however if you advance to being a provider then this should be part of the terms.
