You can edit your signal's description by clicking on the edit button, on the far right side of your signal page:

The same trading account can not used for the other signal.
So, if you want to create the signal - you should use the other trading account (because this trading account is/was already used for cent signal).

上传了才知道，美分账户不能定价收费啊，只能作为免费源
