Risk management EA

EA that will be attached to just one chart but it will work on all opened different pairs, to manage the risk on my account as per the rules I set. The details of the rules.

The rules:

• (Drawdown %): When drawdown lose X% of equity close just negative positions and freeze the account so it will not open any new positions for specified hour. And send me alert by email or phone.
• (TS):Trailing Stop
• (TS start): Trailing Stop start after X pip.
• (SL): Normal SL.
• (SL Same 1. Negative Total): when Y pair reach X pip it will close all negative position from same pair and freeze opening new trade of this pair for specific hours. And send me alert by email or phone.
• (SL Same.Negative SUM): SL with condition which is= Close just negative positions of the same pair when sum of this pairs reach specific negative pip. (Example: if this rule set to 100 that mean if I have opened two of Y pair and they reached to -50 pip then they will be closed since sum 50+50 =100, also freeze opening new trade of this pair for specific hours. And send me alert by email or phone.
• (SL Same Sum) :SL with condition which is = Close all positions of the same pair when sum of this pairs reach specific negative pip. (Example: if this rule set to 100 that means if I have opened three Y pair and Y1=-50, Y2=+20, Y3=-70 then they will be closed since sum of (- 50)+20+(-70) =-100a also freeze opening new trade of this pair for specific hours. And send me alert by email or phone.
• (SL All Sum) :SL with condition which is = Close all negative positions of opened pairs when sum of these pairs reach specific negative pip. And send me alert by email or phone.
• (TP): Normal TP
• (TP Same.Positive Sum): TP with condition which is= Close just profit positions of the same pair when sum of this pairs reach specific positive pip. (Example: if this rule set to 100 that mean if I have opened two of Y pair and they reached to +50 pip then they will be closed since sum 50+50 =100
• (TP Same Sum):TP with condition which is = Close all positions of the same pair when sum of this pairs reach specific positive pip. (Example: if this rule set to 100 that means if I have opened three Y pair and Y1=50 Y2= -20 Y3=70 then they will be closed since sum of 50+(-20)+70 =100.
• (TP All Sum) :TP with condition which is = Close all positive positions of opened pairs when sum of these pairs reach specific positive pip.
• (Stop Day): Option to stop trading during any day of the week. ( I can choose to be repetitive or just once) Example: Monday,Tuesday.......
• (Stop Date All): Stop trading at specific date or multiple dates.
• (Stop Date Pair): Stop trading at specific date or multiple dates for specific pair or multiple pairs.
• (End Fri close): Option to close all trades 10 minutes before the market close on Fri.
• Stop trading on the date of releasing specific news from economic calendar. Stop just the pairs related to these news.
• Hedge when pair lose specific pip, this hedged pair will have specific SL and TP and Trailing stop, but all other above rules will apply to this hedged pair.
• (Max orders) Maximum open orders.

• All above rule should have True and false option or when they set to 0=false.
