NinjaTrader and TradingView Strategy Development

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a trading strategy for NinjaTrader and TradingView. The strategy will be based on the following logic:

• Place a limit order if there is a price break of the premarket session (high and low of time session), specific wick liquidity (moves past a specific previous price/wick), or higher timeframe order block (specific two candles), or if a lower timeframe specific wick with candle appears.
• Take the trade with a limit order at the previous wick.
• Set stop loss under the previous wick of the specific candle.
• Set take profit at the next specific candle, with an option for multiple take profits at specific percentages of previous closed candles.
• Enable the option for trading only within a specific time range.
• Implement trail and scale out features.
• Use multi-timeframe logic (5-minute, 10-minute, and 15-minute order blocks, along with 3-minute and 5-minute fair value gaps).
• Consider order blocks and fair value gap using liquidity tools.
• Allow trading twice a day during custom times (7:00 am to 8:00 am and 11:00 am to 12:00 pm), with an enable/disable option.
• Implement risk optimization for lot size according to account size (percentage).

Skills Required:

• Experience with NinjaTrader and TradingView.
• Strong understanding of trading strategies and technical analysis.
• Familiarity with order blocks, fair value gap, and liquidity tools.
