Tarea técnica

I have a custom indicator based on Bollinger Bands (BB) which upon meeting certain criteria, the indicator will draw up BUY and SELL lines. I want an EA to take action on these lines. Some experience in BB would be good. Detailed strategy and screenshots are in the zip attachment. Its an Excel sheet. 1 tab detailing the strategy and another tab the screenshots.. The indicator already have 2 alerts built in. 1) When the BUY and SELL lines are drawn 2) When current price crosses the lnes.

Since the EA will be interacting with the indicator, please let me know whether ex4 file is sufficient for the EA to function. Also, appreciate if developers state their bid for this project.
