Signals subscription disappeared?

What's happening today? The signals tab in MT4 totally disappeared and I can no longer subscribe/unsubscribe new signals both in MT4 or set up signals in MT4

MT4 signals connection problem and MQL5 403 http error

I have been testing the signals in my MT4 Demo but it can only be used for a short time. Suddenly the signals is no longer be connected and errors shown in the MT4. When I open the " https://www.mql5.com/ " home page (or other pages under mql5.com) in the IE , it said 403 error as shown below. My
