When WSS take their data to drawn levels, is it @ start of the day, @ 0h00 gmt ???

Dolly 11 is greatI think from what i have read that WSS do base there system on 0.00 GMT and there was someone on this site who actually did a back test on the different set up times and 0.00 GMT proved to be the most profitable time to set up, perhaps someone else knows more on this subject as my knowledge of WSS is very limited.

Hello CJA, you do a great job around here. I have some questions for you.. i hope you can enlighten me. So you are using the Dolly v11 indicator, can you say clearly what other indicators are you using..? What version of GMACD or other indicators.. Also i have some confusion concerning the GMT shift. So let's say that the broker i am using is in the GMT +2, i should set the GMT shift of the Dollly v11 indicator to 2? Thank you i hope you can help me
