For LNX_Pivots I recommend to use following formula for NY_CloseHour:

NY_CloseHour = GMTshift - 1,

where

IBFX: GMTshift = 0

MetaQuotes: GMTshift = 2

LiteForex: GMTshift = 3 and so on...
