Time Zone of MT4 historical data center?

Hi,All:

I'm from China. Recently, I'm working with ea that concern the TimeZone of price data.

Now I'm using the data from MT's data center, and I want to know the timezone of these data?

is it GMT(8)?

Time is automatical corrected after download

I understand Slawa's first sentence 100%.   But I do not understand what he said in the last sentence-- what does "automatically corrected" mean specifically?  What has been corrected? It was "corrected" to present as local (PC) time, (broker's) server time or just something else ?

O‌r the last sentence did not means anything--MT4 history data is just GMT+2 （GMT+1 during daylight savings).
