Can you become promoted on MQL5?

Does MQL5 offer the opportunity to become a promoted seller/listing at all? I saw an email that went out today that had a few listings and I wondered if they were random items or if they were selected for a reason

YouTube embed feature in description not working

I have added a new indicator for MT4, when I select the YouTube option at the top and put the link in there, the video is embedded into the description Once I save it, the youtube video disappears. Is there a bug or am I doing something wrong

What are the limitations when using a free demo?

Sorry, I cant seem to find the answer to this, when selecting the free demo of a paid indicator, do you get access to it for a short period of time? Or is in a limited capacity such as for simulation only? thanks
